•  Number of units and unit mix
•  Debt on property, if any
•  Year-to-date detailed operating statements
•  Prior year’s year-end operating statement
•  Current rent roll
•  Current tax bill
•  Location map
•  Color photographs
•  Market information (including sales and rental comps)
